Adam Elston
Practical work at the intersection of health, nutrition, data, and software.
I build (hopefully) useful tools, test ideas in the real world, and write about what I’m learning — especially where data, behaviour, health, and product design overlap.
This site is a home for the projects I’m building, the questions I’m working through, and some of the useful things I learn along the way.
Some of that is technical: apps, automation, dashboards, data workflows. Some of it is personal and practical: health, nutrition, endurance training, and decision-making.
The common thread is simple: I’m interested in things that are useful in real life.
Current focus
- Building small, useful apps
- Health and nutrition tools
- Data, analysis, and decision support
- Writing clearer notes on what works and what doesn’t
Featured areas

Notes and ideas on reflux, fuelling, endurance training, and behaviour change.
Data & Analysis
Work on measurement, dashboards, messy data, and decision support.
Notes
Short posts, working ideas, and things worth keeping.
This is a working site, not a polished personal brand exercise. The aim is clarity and usefulness.
